About Us

Apex Talent Solutions is a recruitment agency based in Sussex. We supply temporary and permanent staff for businesses of all sizes, from small local shops to large corporate offices.

We set up because we'd seen too many agencies treat candidates like numbers and leave clients waiting around for CVs that never turned up. We wanted to do things properly. Answer the phone when people ring, send over decent candidates quickly, and actually follow up afterwards.

It's not complicated, but it makes a difference. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and a lot of our new business comes through word of mouth.
